The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
